Eligibility

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or wrong items received. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video.

Condition

Items must be unused, with tags intact and original packaging. Customized blouses/falls/edging are not returnable.

Process

• Share order ID, issue description, and photos/video on WhatsApp.
• On approval, a pickup is arranged or return instructions are shared.
• Refunds are processed to the original mode within 3–5 working days after QC.

Color differences due to lighting or screens are not considered defects; contact us for natural‑light photos before purchase.
