Return policy

Our Return Policy

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  1. The product you received was damaged in transit or defective due to our error.
  2. The product you received is a different color than you perceived it to be. Note: We take great care to photograph our products as accurately as possible, but please be aware that a 5-10% variation may be unavoidable due to digital image processing margins.

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Once alterations or customizations have been made to the product.
  2. The product is not in its original condition or has been used.
  3. Return requests made after 7 days of delivery are not accepted.

To request a return, please email support@pochampally.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Your request will be reviewed and, if approved, you will be given instructions for returning the product. Please use a trackable shipping method and insure the parcel for high value items. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and accepted, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If you prefer, you may also opt for an exchange for another product of your choice.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not receive a refund within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. It is possible that the refund may take longer to reflect in your account due to bank or credit card company posting schedules. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
