Returns and Exchanges

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets (buy together, any accessories etc.,) should all be returned together.

Tip:Show your loved ones you care with a thoughtful gift of a Certificate that lets them choose their own perfect present!

2Send an email to return@pochampally.com with the details of what is going to be returned and the reason for the return. Wait for the RMA - Return Merchandise Authorisation. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
3Print a copy of the Invoice and clearly mark the items returning.  Ship the product(s) back to us using a secure and traceable shipping method. Keep a record of the tracking number for your own reference.
4Send the parcel to this address:

5After you have sent the parcel, please inform us of that by sending an email to return@pochampally.com. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a secure and traceable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Returns:

We understand that you may need to return a product for various reasons. Therefore, we have a flexible return policy in place to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Products can be returned for the following reasons:

  1. Product received by you is damaged in transit or is defective due to our error.
  2. Product received by you is of a different color than you perceived it. Please note that we take utmost care to photograph our products as closely as possible to the actual product, but due to digital image processing, a 5-10% variation in color may occur. (Any requests for returns for reasons other than those cited above will be considered at our discretion, but we will always be happy to help you.)

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Once fall & pico are done or a custom blouse is stitched for you.
  2. Product is not in its original condition or has been used.
  3. Return requests after 7 days of delivery are not accepted.

To initiate a return, please send an email to support@pochampally.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.   • Phone: 91779 77991, 96664 53673 Please use a trackable shipping method and insure the parcel in case of high value items. You will be responsible for the product until it reaches us.

Refunds:

Once your return is received, you will receive an email of acknowledgement. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed back to the payment method used for the transaction. If you prefer, you can also opt for any other product of your choice in exchange.

Late or missing refunds: We will promptly email you with refund transaction details. Please be aware that refunds may take more time to reflect in your account due to posting processes and schedules by various banks and credit card companies. We will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.

We understand that returns and refunds can be a sensitive matter. That's why we strive to be transparent and clear with our return and refund policy, which is outlined above.
