However, as these products are handmade, they may have slight variations in color, pattern, and size. These variations are not considered defects, but rather a natural result of the handcrafted process.

Our products come with a warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is valid for a period of 10 days from the date of delivery. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper use or care
• Damage caused by external factors such as exposure to sunlight, heat, or moisture
• Any changes in color or texture due to the inherent nature of the handcrafted product
• Any product that has been altered or modified in any way

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@pochampally.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• A detailed description of the defect
• Photos of the defect

We will review your claim and, if we determine that the product is defective, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you. If we determine that the product is not defective, we will not be able to process your claim.
