Products can be returned for any reason below:
1. Product received by you is damaged in transit OR is defective due to our error.
We can not accept returns in the following cases:
1. Once fall & pico done or a custom blouse is stitched for you
2. Product not in its original condition or is used
3. Return requests after 7 days of delivery are not accepted
(Make sure to send us a return request email at email@example.com, with your order number and the reason for return. You can dispatch the product after your return request is accepted.)

Once your return is received, you recieve an email of acknowledgement. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed back in the payment method used for transaction.
You can also opt for any other product of your choice in exchange, if you so wish.
