When a Return May Be Accepted
Returns may be considered in the following situations:
- the product was damaged in transit
- the product had a defect due to seller-side error
- the received colour was materially different from what you reasonably expected on screen
Colour Variation
Because handloom textiles are photographed digitally and viewed on different screens, a variation of around 5% to 10% in colour may occur. Minor variation of this nature is not usually treated as a defect.
Case-by-Case Review
Requests outside the standard policy may still be reviewed at our discretion, depending on the product condition and the nature of the concern.
When Returns Cannot Be Accepted
We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:
- the saree has undergone fall and pico work
- a blouse has been custom stitched
- the item has been used, worn, washed, or is not in original condition
- the return request is raised more than 7 days after delivery
How to Request a Return
- Email us with your order number and the reason for the return request.
- Please wait for confirmation from our team before sending the item back.
- Pack the item securely in its original condition, with tags and original packaging wherever possible.
- Send the parcel using a trackable shipping service.

Shipping Advice for Returns
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. For higher-value parcels, insurance is also advisable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and checked, eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified seller-side error.
Delayed Refunds
Bank and card settlement times can vary. If the refund does not reflect immediately, please allow additional processing time at your payment provider's end.
