We aim to make dispatch and delivery clear, predictable, and easy to follow. The timelines below apply to ready stock unless an order includes custom work such as blouse stitching.

Dispatch and Processing

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation. Orders that include stitching or other custom work may require additional time before dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

• Within India: usually 2 to 3 business days from the date of shipment
• International orders: usually 4 to 6 days after shipment
• Some metro destinations may receive delivery sooner after dispatch, including next-day delivery in select cases

Tracking Your Order

Tracking details are shared by email once the shipment is booked. You can also view tracking updates in your order history on the website.

Delivery Partners

For deliveries within India, we primarily ship through DTDC. For certain remote locations, India Post / Speed Post may be used where it offers better service coverage. International shipments are arranged through carriers such as DHL Express or FedEx Economy, depending on the selected service.
